On one of my previous visits to Avenham Park, I spotted this tree whose trunk looked like an art installation from a distance.
I see a human figurine in the protrusions.

That trunk is indeed different. Art installation indeed!. It reminds me a little of a tree I saw at the home of a long ago President of the United States that I plan to use on a future Tree Love.

A similar tree at the home of an erstwhile President of United States! This sounds interesting. I would love to see that in the future.

No Vinitha. It has nothing to do with my photography skills because what I do is just point and shoot with my phone camera. The thing I will give myself credit for it my heightened observation of the trees around me. Remember I am the Tree Paparazzi.

Nature is fantastic. I wonder how come the trunk became like this.

Oh yes, I see it, too! A human figure wearing a huge head gear is what I see. 🙂
I have always done that since childhood…looked for human figures in the silhouettes of trees and clouds and mountains, too! 😛

Whoa this is truly spooky with all of its twistiness and gnarliness – I couldnt spot the human but it certainly does justice to the linkup!!

It was quite an unusual tree trunk bubbled up in certain places. I wonder what may have caused it to happen.

That is unique. And I also saw a human figurine. Recently I spotted a tree in Nellore that has similar bark with animal figures on it. I could not click a picture but the image is so vivid in my mind. Thanks for joining, Anamika with this unique entry.

Animal figures on tree bark! Did they look like manual carvings or were they natural?
