    How wonderful to see that life is coming back to this tree that looks like it has been chopped off once. So, regeneration is happening for sure. This image fills me with hope. Where is this from, Anamika? Your apartment complex? Did it happen on its’ own or is someone trying to make it happen with conscious efforts??
    (P.S. I know…too many questions! :D)

    It is amazing and inspiring (and sometimes heartbreaking) to see this kind of regeneration. I remember seeing elm trees trying to sprout from the stump after the tree had to be chopped down because of a blight that killed almost all these trees in the United States back in the 1960’s. The tree stump would regenerate, and in a year or two, the sprouts would catch the blight again. The tree would keep trying, though…..over and over. Life is so tenacious.
