    1. Creating awareness about stem cell banking is a good thing. I had done extensive research on various stem cell banks and the science behind stem cell banking around the time when my delivery was due. And I chose Lifecell for banking the umbilical cord. I spoke to my friends about its value but sadly no one wants to incur extra cost because storing umblical cord does not come cheap. Well, it is like Term Policies in Life insurance where you pay a certain amount every year hoping you never get to use it but in case of unforeseen events, it gives money to support your family.
